These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blackview Ghana(the “Site”), including any orders placed through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
All prices shown on the Site are in the local currency of the country of sale and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it by email and receive cleared payment.
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a clerical or system error, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. In any such case we will refund any payment already received, in full.
Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store card or mobile-money credentials on our servers. By submitting a payment you authorise your payment provider to charge the order total to the account you supply.
Delivery timelines, fees and serviceable regions are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you once the order is paid in full and delivered.
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary, we accept returns of unused, unopened items within the stated return window. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Products sold on the Site carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Warranty claims should be raised through our Warranty page. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blackviewghana.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is owned by Blackview Ghana or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell or republish any content without prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access, to scrape content at scale, or to use automated tools to place orders or manipulate pricing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackview Ghana is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country from which you purchase. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
