We want every Blackview Ghana customer to be happy with their purchase. If something is wrong, we will make it right — quickly and without runaround.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items returned after this window cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund within 5 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or mobile money provider, funds may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear.
Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is our fault (defective, wrong item, damaged on arrival). For change-of-mind returns, we refund the product amount only.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different model, colour, or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is faster and keeps stock accurate.
